Test and Tester Software
Features and Technologies for Today's ATE Systems
Geotest's Mike Dewey contributes an article
appearing in June issue of the Best Test
newsletter |
|

relied on a proprietary architecture and test
language, today’s test systems are largely built
on standardized languages and tools – providing
test system designers and architects a high degree
of flexibility but also presenting new challenges
when integrating various hardware and software
components.
