Compact Compliance Tester that includes the
following:
- Electrical Fast Transient/Burst
Simulator to the latest requirements of
IEC61000-4-4, - 4.4kV spikes with repetition
rates up to 1MHz. Waveshape defined in
accordance with the standard into a 50 ohm
and 1k ohm load at the tester’s HV output
and CDN.
- SURGE Combination Waveshape
Generator to the latest requirements of
IEC61000-4-5, - 4.1kV 1.2/50, 2kA 8/20µs;
- DIPS to the latest requirements
of IEC61000-4-11 up to 16A – (will not
impede In-rush current)
