TMS is a Manufacturer's Representative Company serving
high-technology customers in the Rocky Mountain region. We
began as a Test and Measurement rep company in 1987 and in 2000
added two new Divisions,
TMS Systems and
TMS Electronics.
TMS Systems and
TMS Electronics are the
integrated result of the merger and acquisition of two highly
successful representative companies: Hannah-Hill, Inc. and EXP
Marketing. Charlie Badzik is
one of the founders and has
been President of TMS since 1994.

We strive to provide
effective solutions for our customers' needs by providing
assistance with applications, technical questions and product
demonstrations. We provide products only from companies
committed to high quality and excellent performance. Each
division concentrates on specific product offerings such as Test
and Measurement products, Embedded
& Board Level products and
Data Acquisition & Sensor products. TMS employs a professional,
friendly and courteous office staff to assist our customers with
literature requests, product configurations, quotes and order
placement.

Test & Measurement:
This original
division of TMS focuses on high-end Test and Measurement
equipment for R&D, Manufacturing, and Production. Our
product spectrum goes from DC to Light. Our customers are
companies that research, build, design or maintain any
electronic equipment and include Military, Aerospace,
Commercial, Computer Peripheral, Medical and R&D Labs. This
division employs 5 outside sales representatives that cover
the Rocky Mountain region.
TMS
Systems:
The TMS Systems division is the result
of the Hannah-Hill, Inc. and EXP Marketing merger in 2000.
TMS Systems provides Board Level and System solutions to the
OEM, Real-Time and Embedded market place in the Rocky
Mountain region. TMS Systems employs 4 Outside sales
representatives
TMS Electronics:
The TMS
Electronics division focuses on the industrial and process
industries and concentrates on physical measurements, data
acquisition and the sensors and transducers needed to make
these measurements. The TMS
Electronics division is the result of
the Hannah-Hill, Inc. and EXP Marketing merger and employs 5
outside sales representatives that cover the Rocky Mountain region.
